Catherine McNeil, owner of Apple Bar Orchard, talks about the operation of her family-owned and operated orchard that grows juicy haskaps (honeyberries), dwarf sour cherries, currants, aronias, saskatoons and apples. Their fruit is sold fresh or frozen to local farmers markets and consumers.
Catherine is a MTBGA Board Member.
