FRUIT FROM OUR ORCHARD

HASKAP or honeyberries, taste like a cross between raspberries and blueberries, but pack more flavor, antioxidents and vitamin C. »

ARONIA berries are a powerhouse of nutrition but are not eaten raw because they have a sour, astringent flavor due to their tannin content. »

CHERRIES are a good source of vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants, are also known for their potential benefits for sleep and muscle recovery. »

SASKATOON berries are nutty and sweet with an almond-like flavor, rich in iron and vitamin C with antioxidant properties similar to blueberries. »

CURRANTS belong to the Ribes genus in the Gooseberry family. There are many varieties of currants, we grow red and black currants »
